How to track VIN barcodes using Orca Scan

Using Orca Scan with the Vehicle Tracking template turns Orca Scan into a VIN barcode scanner app. Each scan provides you with detailed information about such as make, model, and year of manufacture. Additional information such as vehicle condition, GPS location and mileage can then be entered to help maintain a fully visible audit log of a vehicles life.

To get started:

  2. Create a new sheet using the Vehicle Tracking template
  3. Scan a VIN barcode on a vehicle
  4. Enter the required information
  5. Save the changes
