Keyence BT-A500GA setup guide
To use Orca Scan on the Keyence BT-A500GA:
- Open a web browser on the device
- Visit orcascan.com/install to download the Orca Scan app
- Go to Settings > Security and enable Allow install from unknown sources
- Go to the download folder, open the orca-scan.apk and run install
- Go to the Settings menu
- Enter the Scanner settings
- Tap on Data Output
- Ensure Keystroke is enabled
- Set the Delivery Type to KeyEvent
- Launch the Orca Scan mobile app
You can use the BT-A500GAs scan button to trigger scans. Scanning is now enabled!
