Improved print representation of sheets

A few more tweaks:

• Printing from the web now matches the order of rows in your sheet (as does the Live Data URL)
• Fixed notch issue on iOS devices stealing Orca real-estate
• Fixed inability to use continuous scan with required fields
• Deleted items are now visible in your history log
