Connecting the Saveo Scan Ring to an iOS device
- Open Bluetooth settings on your device
- Turn on the Ring Scanner (press and hold the side button)
- Tap 8 digit number RNG2102S074 (may vary) under Other Devices to pair
Connect the Saveo Scan Ring to an Android device
- Open the Bluetooth setting on your device
- Tap on 8 digit number RNG2102S074 (may vary) under Other Devices to pair
- The scanner will beep when connected
Troubleshooting the Saveo Scan Ring
How do I disconnect the Saveo Scan Ring from my Android device?
- Open Bluetooth settings on your device
- Under paired devices choose 8 digit number or SAVEO-RNG-H2D
- Press Details, then choose settings (blue gear icon)
- Press unpair
My Saveo Scan Ring does not appear on my Android device?
To fix this, press and hold the button on the side of the ring scanner until it beeps
My Saveo Scan Ring does not appear on my iOS device?
To fix this, press and hold the button on the side of the ring scanner until it beeps
Why can’t I connect my Saveo Scan Ring to my device?
Unpair any other connected scanners and try again
