I joined Orca Scan in February of 2022. When I joined, I already had experience with the application. The reason is because I had previously used it to manage inventory. I took a Customer Success class in Fall of 2022, so that plus experience keeps teaching me how to be better every day.
My task is to make sure customers are successful when using Orca Scan, whether by implementation, troubleshooting, support, or anything else. The idea is that if a customer needs help with the application, then the Customers Success team is there to listen and help by doing what they can.
