Junior Customer Success Associate

Orca Scan started life as a simple barcode scanner app to help a teenager with his summer job and evolved into a no-code barcode system used by 20,000 organisations worldwide. We’re a small, agile team working with over 200k users to simplify barcode tracking and need a great Junior Customer Success Associate to help maintain customer relationships as we grow.
What you’ll be doing
- Initially, you’ll shadow members of the existing Customer Success team
- Gain a deep understanding of the product and solutions it provides
- Provide tailored onboarding demos to new Orca Scan customers
- Have regular check-ins with customers to ensure Orca continues to provide value
- Help troubleshoot customer issues using online support tools
- Raise support tickets for bugs with steps to reproduce the issue
- Become the voice of the customer in development planning sessions
What you should have
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A good understanding of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Willingness to provide remote product demos in GMT +/- 5 hours (Flextime)
- A desire to keep things incredibly simple
