UX/UI Designer
Fully remote
We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of our digital products, ensuring that they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and effective. You will work collaboratively with other teams to create designs that align with the company’s objectives and goals.
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct user research and analysis to understand user behaviour, preferences, and needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for digital products using tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Test your potential solution with real users
- Collaborate with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and effectively
- Write clean, optimised, and well-documented HTML, CSS and JavaScript code to build the front end of the application.
- Continuously iterate designs based on user feedback and testing results
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and specifications for consistency across all digital products
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure that our digital products are innovative and effective
What you should have
- 2+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products
- Experience working on design systems
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and others
- Experience coding in Javascript, HTML and CSS
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and demonstrating problem-solving skills and creativity
- Experience working in an Agile team
