How we hire
CV intake
You’ll find our open positions on our website. This is your opportunity to showcase your experience, portfolio and enthusiasm so put your best foot forward in the application! We will review all the applicants and create a shortlist for interview.
Skills interview
If you are shortlisted, you’ll be invited to an interview with the key team members for the position. This interview is focussed on your experience and skill set, so be ready to talk about your achievements and technical abilities.

Paid Task
Successful candidates from the skills interview will be invited to complete a task related to the role. It will be skills focussed and created with the intention of seeing exactly what you can offer. The results of this task will create the final shortlist.
What is really important to us, is that every candidate who reaches this stage, is paid for their time, regardless of whether they are successful. We believe that if you are using your time and skills, then you should be paid for that!
Culture interview
The final shortlist will be invited to the final and most crucial part of our process, the culture interview.
This interview will be with team members that you won’t directly work with - why? Because this stage is all about getting to know you, understanding how you’ll fit with our team and embrace our culture… it’s our version of a vibe check 👀

Decision and offer
Once all the interviews are complete, the hiring team will make a final decision. If you’re successful, you’ll receive an offer of employment and if you accept we’ll agree a start date and get you set up with our lovely Head of People, Josefa, to organise your contract, equipment and everything else you need to get started.
Your first day!
When your first day finally arrives (🎉), it will kick off with a two-week onboarding process with your line manager. During this time we’ll get you set up on our systems, explain our ways of working and introduce you to the wider team. We’ll also take time to explore the expectations of your role, and agree some success KPIs so you can hit the ground running.
