Can I use my Orca Scan account on multiple devices?

Yes, you can use your account on as many devices as you wish - but not simultaneously. During login Orca Scan will prompt you to disconnect other active devices.

The options are:

  • Disconnect device - automatically logs out the other device
  • Logout - logs you out on your device leaving the other device active

Remember, it's completely free to create your own account. If you need to use Orca Scan with multiple users learn more about using Orca Scan with a team.

How do you define a user?

A user is defined as one personalized email address (you@yourcompany.com) and each team member needs one. Unique email addresses are required to share sheets with other users and track user activity with the audit trial.
